Rabbit Holes
I didn’t know what hyperfocus was until my ADHD diagnosis in my 40s, but once I learned the word, so much made sense. It’s messy sometimes, but it’s also part of how my brain works—and I’m figuring it out.

Fearless-ish
Over the years, people told me I come across as confident. I scratched my head every time. I don't feel confident, especially in a group.

Elusive
The “just be yourself” thing is overplayed. If it was that easy, we’d all be doing it.
