Rabbit Holes
I didn’t know what hyperfocus was until my ADHD diagnosis in my 40s, but once I learned the word, so much made sense. In this post, I share what it’s like to fall into rabbit holes, how I’ve started to notice when it’s happening, and what I’m learning about making it work for me instead of against me. It’s messy sometimes, but it’s also part of how my brain works—and I’m figuring it out.
